Sign installation
A well-made light box or illuminated letter only looks its best when it is installed properly. For installation we work with experienced external installers whom we coordinate. We offer installation in the Netherlands, Belgium and the German border region. Please also check in advance whether your local authority requires a permit for your sign.
What matters on installation day
Installation partners
Our partners work independently on the day, following the plan and instructions we agree with them in advance.
Information we need
We need dimensions, location and your preferred date in advance. Complete information prevents delays.
Power supply
A working 230 V connection must be available behind the façade on the day. Without power, the sign cannot be fully connected and tested.
No power point
If there is no connection, we test with a cable reel. For the warranty, the final connection must be made by a qualified electrician.
Cables and power supply
These remain visible on the inside after installation. Hiding them behind a wall or ceiling is not included, but can be requested separately.
Drilling
We need to be able to drill through freely. Please tell us in advance about structural elements, reinforced concrete or other obstacles.
Access
Spaces behind the façade must be reachable without dismantling or demolition work. Send us photos or videos of the inside and outside beforehand. A site visit is available on request at extra cost.
Additional work
Work not included in the quote is charged separately, always agreed with you and only after your approval.
Aerial platform
Depending on height and location an aerial platform may be needed. We agree this with you in advance.
Prefer to install it yourself?
All letters come with a 1:1 mounting template showing drill points and cable entries. Illuminated letters on a frame arrive fully wired: screw it on, plug it in, done. Always have the electrical connection made by a qualified electrician.
